Joseph DeNardi

SVP & Head of Investor Relations

Joseph (Joe) DeNardi is the Senior Vice President and Head of Investor Relations at Amentum. In his role, he leads Amentum’s investor relations strategy, oversees engagement with the investment community, and helps drive strategic financial initiatives that support the company’s long-term growth objectives.

Amentum is a global leader in advanced engineering and innovative technology solutions, trusted by the United States and its allies to address their most significant and complex challenges in science, security and sustainability.

Joe brings deep experience across investor relations, corporate finance, and capital markets in the government services and defense sectors.

Prior to joining Amentum, Joe held senior finance leadership roles at Science Applications International (SAIC), including Head of Corporate FP&A, Investor Relations, and Treasurer. Prior to SAIC, he served as a Managing Director in equity research at Stifel Financial, covering the aerospace and defense and government services sectors.

Joe holds a bachelor’s degree from The College of William & Mary and a master’s degree in finance from Loyola University Maryland.
