Adam Harrison serves as the senior vice president and head of strategy and corporate development for Amentum. In this role, Adam is responsible for leading the development and execution of Amentum’s corporate growth strategy including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) related initiatives. Partnering with Amentum leadership across the company, he ensures strategic business plans are aligned and successfully executed.
Prior to joining Amentum, Adam was the vice president of strategy and corporate development at PAE where he was responsible for all facets of the company’s corporate and M&A growth strategy. Before joining PAE, he previously served as principal at Renaissance Strategic Advisors where he advised clients on corporate strategy, market research and mergers and acquisitions within aerospace, defense, and government services markets.
Earlier in his career, Adam worked for Lockheed Martin, where his roles and responsibilities included program management, strategy, corporate planning, pricing and capture management.
Adam holds a Master of Business Administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University.
