What do you enjoy about working for Amentum and what do you find most rewarding?

I enjoy the team-oriented aspect of working here. Leadership and SMEs are accessible and more than willing to assist which makes challenging aspects of the job easier. Positive team collaboration in support of the mission is a rewarding feeling.

What excites you the most about being part of Amentum’s next generation of employees?

Being apart of such a large organization such as Amentum gives limitless opportunity. There are many paths and exciting locations to explore for my career development.

What advice would you give to future Amentum Employees?

Focus on continuous learning, and always be open to feedback. Do not be afraid to ask questions or seek out mentorship opportunities.
