What is your role at Amentum?

I support various HR functions such as employee relations, assistance with recruitment efforts, performance management and compliance, and act as a POC for employees to contact regarding policy questions, leave needs, etc.

What do you enjoy about working for Amentum and what do you find most rewarding?

I enjoy the collaborative and all-embracing work environment. I find the opportunity to contribute to employee development and watch them grow and thrive within their roles/careers most rewarding.

What excites you the most about being part of Amentum’s next generation of employees?

I am excited to be part of Amentum’s next generation and look forward to positively contributing to Amentum’s workplace culture and overall operational goals
