RS3 Description

Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) is a Multiple-Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) performance-based services contract providing customized best value solutions to a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements. The RS3 contract’s primary service areas include, but are not limited to; engineering, research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E), logistics, acquisition and strategic planning, and education and training services.

The IDIQ/GWAC Center is committed to accelerating the utilization of our existing contracts by empowering Amentum’s Business Development (BD) Teams, fostering pursuit collaboration, educating and sharing knowledge with capture and proposal teams, and serving as a single point of contact with our government counterparts. The IDIQ/GWAC Center operates as an enablement center designed to assist Amentum’s BD Teams in identifying, working, and winning opportunities.
