What is your role at Amentum?

I serve as the NORAD Operations Group (NOG) Program Quality and Performance Manager; I have the distinct privilege of supporting our teams in delivering high-quality outcomes and driving continuous improvement.  While I help guide performance and quality initiatives across the NOG contract, the real credit to our success goes to our team of dedicated professionals that I have the luxury to work with every day.  Their commitment, expertise, and collaboration make it possible to achieve the established requirements and standards.

What do you enjoy about working for Amentum and what do you find most rewarding?

What I enjoy most is the culture of trust and teamwork.  Amentum leadership empowers us to take ownership while also providing the support we need to succeed.  The most rewarding part of my role is seeing how our collective efforts across functional areas and teams translates into real measurable impacts for our customer

What excites you the most about being part of Amentum’s next generation of employees?

It is exciting to be a part of a company that is not only focused on today’s mission, but also investing in the future.  What inspires me the most is how leadership encourages innovation and continuous improvement.  Being surrounded by passionate, forward-thinking colleagues makes every challenge an opportunity to grow, both individually and as a team.

What advice would you give to future Amentum Employees?

Lean into your team and the sections around you, there is a wealth of knowledge and experience here, and people are genuinely willing to help. Stay curious, be open to feedback, and don’t be afraid to ask questions.  Amentum is a place where collaboration is valued, and when you embrace that, you’ll find yourself growing in ways you didn’t expect
