What is your role at Amentum?

E&E Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

What inspired you to join Amentum, and what was your first role?

My first role was at a joint venture project in my hometown.

How has Amentum evolved since you started?

Amentum has evolved in ownership, but the customers and services provided have remained consistent. I’ve seen improvements in efficiencies in Financial reporting.

What has been your most memorable moment or achievement at Amentum?

Successful adaptations to change, particularly the evolution of my role from accounting to central reporting.

What’s something unique about Amentum that people might not know? Are there any exciting projects or historical moments you’ve been a part of during your time here?

I think many may not know that we have been integral in cleaning up the environment and managing the waste created during the cold war era through our Dept of Energy contracts at various sites.  My first role was at one of these sites.

What advice would you give to new employees just starting their journey at Amentum?

Keep your options open and be willing to try new things.  Always be adaptable and embrace change.
