Amentum Showcases Advanced Capabilities at AFA Air, Space & Cyber Conference

President of Amentum’s Engineering & Technology Business Group, Mark Walter accepts recognition for our USAF Missileer Gathering sponsorship

Amentum had a strong presence at this year’s Air, Space & Cyber (ASC) Conference, where thousands of leaders from government, industry, and academia gathered to address the most pressing challenges across air and space domains. This year’s focus was on Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) solutions and technologies that support supply delivery during times of conflict, areas in which Amentum has advanced capabilities.

Engaging with Customers and Partners

The team engaged with Air Force and Space Force leaders to discuss how Amentum is helping them outpace emerging threats and explore opportunities for delivering advanced capabilities and solutions.

From discussions about defending the homeland to preparing for high-end conflict scenarios, Amentum demonstrated how we bring together advanced engineering, operational expertise, and technology integration to deliver trusted solutions.

These conversations were more than booth visits—they were opportunities to better understand our customers’ most critical needs and priorities to better align Amentum’s capabilities to mission-critical requirements. Our leaders and subject matter experts emphasized that Amentum is not only delivering proven solutions today but also preparing customers for the fight of tomorrow.

Amentum and Primer AI Topgolf reception

During the week, Amentum and Primer AI, our partner on our Left-of Launch CUAS solutions using artificial intelligence and machine learning to neutralize aerial threats, welcomed over 50 guests from across government and industry for a lively evening of connection and conversation at Topgolf.

Focused Booth Demonstrations

Amentum’s booth featured demonstrations highlighting two of our most relevant capabilities for today’s contested environments:

Left of Launch Counter-UAS: Attendees experienced how Amentum integrates intelligence, surveillance, and advanced detection with kinetic and non-kinetic options to disrupt adversary unmanned systems before they can be launched. This proactive “left-of-launch” approach drew strong interest from attendees looking for scalable solutions that address the evolving UAS threat spectrum.

Contested Logistics: Our Contested Logistics capability underscored Amentum’s ability to deliver resilient logistics in degraded or denied environments. By showcasing digital logistics planning tools, advanced sustainment technologies, and proven expeditionary capabilities, Amentum highlighted how we enable forces to sustain operations across the Indo-Pacific and other high-end theaters.

Amentum Leaders on Stage

Beyond the booth, Amentum senior leaders provided thought leadership on current and highly relevant topics directly related to some of our company’s key capabilities.

Amentum COO, Steve Arnette speaking at the AFA Conference
