We define Supply Chain Management (SCM) as the tool that “encompasses the planning and management of all activities involved in sourcing, procurement, conversion, and logistics management activities. It also includes coordination and collaboration with channel partners, which can be suppliers, intermediaries, third-party service providers, and customers. SCM integrates supply and demand management within and across companies.” The management components of our SCM are: Planning and Control, Work Structure, Organization Structure, Product Flow Facility Structure, Information Flow Facility Structure, Management Methods, Power and Leadership Structure, Risk and Reward Structure, Culture and Attitude. Our Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) provides a series of mechanisms and tools that help identify risks. These risks are analyzed to determine the best mitigation processes in order to avoid any impact to the supply chain life circle.
