Amentum organise une journée dédiée aux marchés financiers le 13 août 2024

Chantilly, Virginie, le 13 août 2024 – Amentum, l’un des principaux fournisseurs mondiaux de solutions d’ingénierie et technologiques, a le plaisir d’organiser sa journée dédiée aux marchés financiers à la Bourse de New York, à New York. Une retransmission en direct de l’événement débutera aujourd’hui à 10 h 00 (heure de l’Est), et l’intégralité des documents de présentation sera disponible à l’issue de l’événement dans la section « Relations avec les investisseurs » du site web d’Amentum.

Au cours de cette présentation, les membres de l’équipe de direction aborderont la stratégie et les perspectives financières de la société. Ils présenteront également les solutions et les capacités d’Amentum, notamment les synergies et les avantages attendus du regroupement prévu avec les divisions « Critical Mission Solutions » et « Cyber & Intelligence » de Jacobs Solutions Inc. (« Jacobs ») (NYSE : J), dans le cadre d’une opération de type « Reverse Morris Trust » et d’une introduction en bourse.

Une fois la transaction finalisée, la société issue de la fusion sera dirigée par Steve Demetriou, président exécutif du conseil d'administration ; John Heller, directeur général ; Travis Johnson, directeur financier ; et Steve Arnette, directeur des opérations.
