Earl is Senior Vice President, Advanced Technology Office & Emerging Markets at Amentum. Based in Augusta, Ga., he is also responsible for the company’s Army and cyber integration programs.
Earl’s career spans more than 40 years, including 27 years of service in the U.S. Army’s Signal Corps, retiring as a colonel. His key positions in the Army included Chief of Staff, Communications and Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J.; Brigade Commander of Regional Signal Group SHAPE, Mons, Belgium; Battalion Commander, 67th Signal Battalion, Fort Gordon, Ga.; and Presidential Communications Trip Officer for President Ronald Reagan, The White House Communications Agency. Following his military service, he was a business development executive for market-leading defense businesses and president of Systematic Systems Inc.
Earl earned Bachelor of Science from Fort Valley State University and a Master’s in Business Management from Webster’s University. He is a life member of the Signal Corps Regimental Association, Association of the United States Army, and Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association. He is recipient of the Air Defense Artillery Order of Saint Barbara and the Signal Corps Bronze Order of Mercury.
